NY8BE62D is an 8-bit microcontroller that uses MTP as program memory and EEPROM as non-volatile data memory. It is particularly suitable for applications that require data retention after power failure, such as remote control, fan/light control, or amusement equipment peripherals. In addition, the built-in analog-to-digital converter is also suitable for application design in home appliances or measurement, and is optimized and adapted for atomizer products. Adopting CMOS process while providing customers with significant advantages such as low cost, high performance, and high resistance to electromagnetic interference. MTP, as a program memory, can make it more convenient and efficient for users to develop products. The NY8BE62D core is built on a streamlined instruction set architecture, making it easy to edit and control, with a total of 55 instructions. Except for a few instructions that require 2 timing sequences, most instructions can be completed in 1 timing sequence, allowing users to easily control different applications through programming. Therefore, it is very suitable for various complex applications with low to medium memory capacity.
NY8BE62D has a built-in debug simulation circuit that utilizes two pins and minimal external hardware to achieve most of the functions of an online simulator, such as setting program execution and interrupt conditions, on-chip single step execution, and viewing and setting the contents of various registers. The execution effect of simulation will be closer to actual IC operation than general simulators.

The system offers five frequency options: 20.8M/19.2M/16M/14.4M/13.6M.
Timer 1/4/5 allows for direct input of the system's main frequency.
High frequency oscillator (FHOSC) can be fine tuned with an accuracy of ± 0.1%.
Built in two-wire control debugging simulation circuit (On Chip Debug).
When the noise filter function is turned on, it can tolerate EFT exceeding ± 4KV. (Operating voltage @ 5V)

2.0V~5.5V @ system frequency ≤ 8MHz.
2.2V~5.5V @ system frequency>8MHz.
Wide operating temperature: -20 ° C~85 ° C.

256 bytes EEPROM.
128 bytes SRAM.
14 I/O pins (GPIO), PA [7:0], and PB [5:0] that can independently control the input and output directions.
PA [5:0] and PB [3:0] can choose to use built-in pull-down resistors for input.
PA [7:0] and PB [5:0] can choose to use pull-up resistors for input, with a pull-up resistor of 100K Ω.
PB [5:0] can select open drain output.
All I/O pins have three options for output sink current: Small, Normal, or Large.
All I/O pins can output Drive Current, which can be selected as Small or Normal.
8 layers of program stack.
There are direct or indirect addressing modes for accessing data.
