The SC92F7547/7546/7543 (hereinafter referred to as SC92F754X) series is an enhanced 1T 8051 core industrial grade Flash microcontroller with an instruction set fully compatible with traditional 8051 product series. The SC92F754X integrates 32KB Flash ROM, 2KB SRAM, 128Byte EEPROM, up to 46 GP I/Os, 16 external interruptible IOs, 3 16 bit timers, 17 12 bit high-precision ADCs, 1 analog comparator, 8 12 bit PWM, IO driver grading control (LED segment port), 1 16 × 16 bit hardware multiplier, internal ± 1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator, ± 4% precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, UART and other communication interfaces and other resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, SC92F754X also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and low-power WDT internally. SC92F754X has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for industrial control and consumer applications such as various IoT controls, large and small smart home appliances and smart homes, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, walkie talkies, wireless communication, game consoles, etc.

System clock: Built in high-frequency 16MHz oscillator

? Frequency error: Across (4.0V~5.5V) and (-20~85 ℃) application environments, not exceeding ± 1 percent
Built in low-frequency crystal oscillator circuit
Can be connected to an external 32K oscillator as a Base Timer clock source, which can wake up STOP
Built in low-frequency 128kHz LRC oscillator
Can serve as a clock source for BT and WDT, and wake up STOP
Frequency error: Across (4.0V~5.5V) and (-20~85 ℃) application environments, after register correction, the frequency error does not exceed ± 4 percent
Low Voltage Reset (LVR):
The reset voltage has 4 levels to choose from: 4.3V, 3.7V

The default value is the value selected by the user for burning the Code Option
